CONDITION :

Mild creasing on the top edge, numerous tiny creases near the top and bottom of the right edge, very mild creasing/edge wear on the bottom edge, creasing to the bottom left corner, a couple of extremely tiny tears and mild creasing/edge wear on the left edge, several small white surface creases near the top and bottom edges, light horizontal crease from the left edge across to the top of the K in the title, vertical band of light surface creasing from top to bottom going down through the OO in the title, otherwise good.
