CONDITION :

1 cm tear with surrounding creasing on the left edge, surface creasing within the first 3 inches (7 cm) of the bottom half of the left edge including several small white crease marks and numerous tiny white spots, 1 cm tear and a tiny tear on the bottom edge along with mild creasing (again mostly near the left edge), very mild creasing on the right edge, a couple of small white surface creases near the right edge, a couple of tiny white crease spots near the top center, surface is very lightly wrinkled throughout (mostly the bottom half), otherwise good.
