CONDITION :

5 cm diagonal crease and a smaller crease across the top left corner, 3 cm tear and a smaller crease across the top right corner (there are two small piece of tape on the back of the corner reinforcing the tear), a couple of extremely tiny tears on the right edge, two extremely tiny tears and a 3 cm tear on the bottom edge (the largest tear has a little tape on the back), 10 cm light horizontal crease near the top of the left edge, 4 cm diagonal crease and a small crease across the bottom left corner, three tiny tears and extremely mild creasing on the left edge, otherwise very good.
