CONDITION :

10 cm tear from the right edge, inward (near top), 1 cm edge tear and a couple of tiny edge tears along with mild creasing on the bottom edge, 1 cm edge tear and a smaller tear on the left edge, seven pinholes in the right border around top horizontal fold line and three pinholes also on the right border near the bottom (one has torn a little), four pinholes in the left border around the top horizontal fold line and two near the bottom of the left border (one has torn a little), mild fold wear including a tiny wear hole at the bottom fold intersection, a few light patches of spots of damp on the back of one of the fold segments (not noticeable on the front), Otherwise Very Good
