Three small tears and extremely creasing on the top edge, some tiny faint Brown spots of damp around the tip of the edges, surface creasing around the fold intersections on the center horizontal fold line (note there are three horizontal fold lines), very faint diagonal crease zigzagging between the fold intersections on the top and center horizontal fold lines, Otherwise Excellent!
