CONDITION :

Extremely tiny tear and a couple of tiny creases on the top edge, extremely tiny tear near the top of the right edge, very light 8 cm diagonal crease across the bottom left corner, a couple of tiny faint scuff marks around the bottom of the left vertical fold line, very faint crease from the bottom edge up to the N in CONFUSED, extremely mild fold wear (light creasing around and between the fold intersections), the title has been written on the back of the bottom of the left edge in Biro (only noticeable on the front if backlit but the pressure from the pen has has lightly embossed the surface), otherwise excellent!
