Two 2cm edge tears on the left edge (near top), mild edge wear / creasing on the bottom edge, moderate edge creasing on the top edge, heavy creasing and a 1cm tear around the left fold intersection, mild other fold wear, a few light surface wrinkles, duplicate fold line where it has been folded slightly out of alignment, Otherwise Good.
