CONDITION :

A couple of light creases on each edge, extremely tiny edge tear on the bottom edge, a few light surface wrinkles, light creasing around the fold intersections, additional fold lines where it has been folded out of alignment (It has been stored folded this way so it will be sent out folded the same way which is pretty uneven) , Otherwise Very Good.
