CONDITION :

2 cm tear and a tiny tear on the top edge, crease across the top left corner, very mild edge wear on the left edge, mild creasing on the bottom edge, 4 to 5 pinholes near every corner and the center of the top edge (some have torn slightly), pinhole near the bottom center, mild fold wear including a tiny tear at the left fold intersection plus stress marks on the fold lines, surface is lightly creased/wrinkled throughout, a couple of light fingermarks above the text on the right, otherwise good.
