Approximately 4 tiny tears and very mild creasing on the top edge, small light crease across every corner, tiny tear at the center of the bottom edge, two extremely tiny tears and very mild creasing around the center of the left edge, very mild fold wear (stress marks on some the fold lines and additional creasing around the intersections), otherwise very good.
