2 x 1 cm piece torn from the top left corner, 12 cm crease across the bottom left corner, small tear and moderate creasing around the bottom of the left edge, tiny greyish stain spot near the top of the right edge, light creasing around the top right corner, mild creasing/edge wear on the top edge, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), small white surface creases near the bottom left corner, otherwise good.
