A couple of extremely tiny tears and mild creasing on the top edge, numerous light Brown spots of damp down the left edge/left border, a couple of tiny tears and mild creasing also on the left edge, a couple of tiny Brown spots of damp on the tip of the bottom edge, a couple of extremely tiny tears and mild creasing also on the bottom edge, extremely tiny tear on the right edge, 13 cm diagonal crease across the top right corner, 13 cm very faint crease across the top left corner, a couple of small creases across the bottom corners, three additional vertical fold lines (all just left of the main three folds), extremely mild fold wear, small dark print line in the white background just below the bottom right corner of the “Doc” background, Otherwise Very Good.
