Mild edge wear on the top edge (with a tiny amount of print loss near the left corner), Small crease across top right corner, extremely tiny edge tears and a couple of tiny edge creases on the right edge, 1cm edge tear and heavy creasing to the bottom edge (right), Small white stress spot int he center of the bottom credits and another just below the "and" in the text on the left, A little blu-tac residue around the corners and top and bottom edge centers, Otherwise Good.
