CONDITION :

7cm strip of tape residue on the left edge just above center (has a 3cm edge tear at the start of it), 1cm edge tear and three small edge tears also on the left edge along with some moderate creasing and mild edge wear, small edge tear an moderate creasing on the bottom edge, crease across top right corner, tiny edge tear and mild edge wear on the top edge, tape has been removed from the back of the corners and the top center causing some paper thinning, mild fold wear, surface is a bit wrinkled especially around the side centers, Otherwise Good!
