CONDITION :

2 cm circular patch of sticker adhesive staining near the center of the left edge (above the center horizontal fold line), two 1 cm tears and mild creasing on the right edge, extremely mild creasing on the top and left edges, a little dark print has transferred into the white background around some of the edges in places, fold wear (heavy white stress marks on the fold lines and intersections) note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds, a little dark print has also transferred onto some light creasing around some of the fold lines, otherwise good.
