1 cm tear along with a couple of tiny tears and moderate creasing/edge wear on the left edge (heaviest near the top), small tear and mild creasing on the top edge including the right corner tip, tiny tear near the bottom of the right edge, two tiny tears on the bottom edge, some surface creasing near the side edges including a few tiny white stress marks, otherwise good.
