CONDITION :

17 cm and a 6 cm diagonal crease across the bottom right corner area along with some additional creasing around the corner, 1 cm tear along with a couple of tiny tears and moderate creasing along the bottom edge (heaviest on the right), a couple of tiny creases on the top edge, extremely tiny crease across the tip of the top right corner, light surface creasing near both side edges (a little dark print has transferred onto some of the creases within the left border and left of the top edge), otherwise good.
