CONDITION :

1 cm tear and extremely mild creasing on the top edge, 3 cm light diagonal crease across the top left corner, small tear near the bottom of the right edge, very mild creasing on the bottom edge, two tiny tears on the left edge, creasing around the bottom of the vertical fold lines, additional creasing around the left vertical fold line due to being folded out of alignment and refolded, extremely mild fold wear including two tiny wear holes at the left fold intersection on the center horizontal fold line and a tiny wear hole at each of the other fold intersections on the same fold line (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), creasing between the fold intersections on the center horizontal fold line (going just below the fold line), otherwise very good.
