CONDITION :

3.5 cm tear at the center of the top edge (has acid free tape on the back), tiny tear also on the top edge, small crease across the top right corner, extremely mild creasing at the top and bottom of the right edge, extremely tiny tear on the bottom edge, two 1 cm tears and approximately four tiny tears on the left edge along with mild creasing, 8 cm vertical surface crease just left of the pink window, 2 cm vertical surface crease just left of the top of the chimney, otherwise good.
