2 cm tear near the bottom of the right edge (has a little tape on the back), small piece of tape near the bottom of the left edge (front and back), tiny tear on the top edge, 4 cm strip of tape on the left of the top edge (going through the first three letters of Jennifer), 2 cm piece of tape on the right of the top edge (going through the last four letters of Polley), otherwise very good.
