CONDITION :
Tiny tear at the top of the left vertical fold line, mild fold wear including stress marks on the fold lines and creasing around the intersections along with a tiny wear hole at the center fold intersection, a little green and yellowish print has transferred onto the center horizontal fold line going through some of the white title lettering, otherwise very good.
