Two small creases across the bottom left corner, six light horizontal creases evenly spaced down the left edge (longest is approximately 17 cm), 2 cm white vertical crease and several smaller creases near the top edge (mostly central), a couple of light surface creases near the bottom edge and also just above the title, very mild creasing on the right edge, otherwise good.
