CONDITION :

4 cm tear along with a 2 cm tear and a couple of tiny tears on the bottom edge (there is a diagonal crease between the two larger tears), approximately 16 small tears throughout the bottom third of the right edge, light creasing to the top left corner, approximately 7 faint 5 cm diagonal crease lines evenly spaced from top to bottom (within the tree just left of Segals face), approximately seven 2 cm surface pinch creases evenly spaced from top to bottom (just left of the previously mentioned creases), otherwise good.
