CONDITION :

3 cm tear and a 1 cm tear plus approximately 4 tiny tears on the bottom half of the right edge along with heavy creasing, mild creasing to the top half of the right edge, a couple of tiny tears and mild creasing/edge wear on the top edge, approximate five tiny tears and mild creasing/edge wear on the bottom edge, four small patches of blu-tac grease/residue near the top right corner, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), fold lines are not particularly straight, surface is fairly creased/wrinkled throughout… more so on the bottom half where there are numerous long surface creases and some white stress marks, otherwise okay.
