CONDITION :
1 cm tear and approximately 3 tiny tears along with mild creasing on the right of the top edge, 11 cm diagonal crease across the top right corner, small crease across the tip of the top right corner, very light creasing around some of the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), two tiny separations near the top of the right vertical fold, otherwise excellent.
