CONDITION :

2 cm pinhole tear near the top right corner, small tear on the top edge, a couple of extremely tiny tears and mild creasing/edge wear on the left edge, tiny tear and mild creasing on the bottom edge, tiny tear and mild creasing/edge wear on the right edge, pinhole near the top left corner (torn slightly), fold wear (stress marks on all fold lines… Note there are three horizontal fold lines), a little blu-tac residue near the top right corner, otherwise good.
