CONDITION :

Heavy creasing and a couple of tiny tears around the top left corner/left of the top edge, extremely mild creasing on the right of the top edge, tiny white surface crease on the right edge, 1 cm tear and approximately four tiny tears along with very mild creasing on the bottom edge, tiny crease at the bottom of the left edge, a few small white surface creases near the left edge, three light vertical creases from top to bottom (near the right edge… Two have white stress marks at the bottom), otherwise good.
