CONDITION :

Five small edge tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge, four staple holes near every corner and near the top and bottom centers (some have torn slightly and some have indentations from the staples), some fold wear including stress marks on all fold lines and a tiny wear hole at a couple of the fold intersections, surface is lightly wrinkled throughout, Otherwise Good.
