CONDITION :

Pinhole near each corner, 1 cm tear and a couple of tiny tears on the top edge along with moderate creasing, mild creasing along the bottom, pinhole near the center of the right edge, two pinholes near the center of the left edge, 10 cm jagged surface crease through the bottom of the “L” in “Lodging”, surface is lightly creased throughout the left half, title written on the back in Biro and there is a little blu-tac residue and a little surface paper loss on the back of the corners (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), a couple of light liquid splashes also on the back (again only noticeable on front if backlit), otherwise good.
