The blue print just below the top edge is a little light and patchy, some tiny light surface creases just below the top edge, mild creasing/edge wear on both side edges (a little heavier near the top and bottom), tiny tear on the bottom edge, several tiny white surface creases near the bottom edge, light scuffing near the bottom corners, several tiny surface creases in the blue sky area near the right edge, otherwise good.
