Tiny piece torn from the right edge (near bottom), 1 cm tear and a smaller tear along with mild creasing also on the right edge, extremely mild edge wear on the top edge, mild creasing on the left edge, 3 cm tear and mild creasing on the bottom edge, 1 cm tear at the bottom of the center vertical fold line with a tiny piece of paper loss and surrounding creasing, additional horizontal fold lines (making the total of three), fold wear (heavy white stress marks on the fold lines), light surface creasing around the edges, otherwise good.
