CONDITION :
Extremely mild edge wear on the top and side edges, a little surface creasing around the top of the right vertical fold line, very mild fold wear (a few stress marks on the fold lines), crease between the center and right vertical fold lines (just above the center horizontal fold line), title has been written on the back which has slightly embossed through to the front, Otherwise Very Good!.
