Small red print mark near the bottom left corner and a couple of tiny red print spots near the top edge (left), a couple of black print spots near the top edge (right), small brown stain on the tip of the left edge (near top) and another at the bottom center, back of the left side of the top horizontal fold line has browned as has the top half of the center vertical fold line (this is lightly visible on the front.. more so if held up to the light / backlit), Otherwise Very Good.
