CONDITION :

10 x 4 cm water stain on the back of the bottom left corner and a small water stain on the back of the top right corner (not noticeable on the front other than the surface is a little creased), extremely mild creasing on the left edge, a couple of extremely tiny tears and mild edge wear on the right edge, 2 to 4 pinholes near every corner and the center of the top and bottom edges (the pinhole near the top right corner has torn 1 cm), additional pinhole near the top and bottom of the right vertical fold line, two additional pinholes either side of the bottom center, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), surface is lightly wrinkled throughout, otherwise good.
