CONDITION :

Light patches of dull damp spots around the edges (will probably wash off with a very light detergent solution), small Velcro pad stuck to the bottom center, indentations from a rubber band along the right half of the top and bottom edge areas (should dropout), Velcro pads on the back of the banner, some additional light patches of damp on the back of the edges and the title has been written on the back in Biro, otherwise very good.
