CONDITION :

Small edge tear and very mild edge wear on the bottom edge, Mild edge wear on the top and left edges, duplicate fold line where it has been folded out of alignment, several tiny indentations around the corners, a little blu-tac residue on the back of the corners, small surface tear on the back of the top right corner where blu-tac has been removed taking a little of the surface layer with it, Otherwise Very Good !!
