CONDITION :

A little blu-tac residue near each corner, additional vertical fold line near both side edges (approximately 2 inches inward from the edges), some dark print has transferred onto the additional fold line on the left, 1 cm edge tear on the bottom edge, some fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), a little dark print has transferred onto some of the fold lines and also into the white background within the bottom left fold segment, very slight yellowing around the edges and along the fold lines, Otherwise Good.
