CONDITION :
1 cm tear with a little surrounding edge wear at the top of the right vertical fold line, a couple of tiny creases on the left edge, extremely tiny tear and mild edge wear at the bottom of the left vertical fold line, extremely mild fold wear, duplicate fold lines where it has been folded slightly out of alignment, four tiny indentation spots near the center of the top edge, Otherwise Very Good!
