CONDITION :

Tiny crease across the bottom right corner, 1 cm tear and a tiny tear on the bottom edge along with very mild creasing, small tear near the top of the left edge, additional fold line next to each of the three main fold’s and additional creasing around the center horizontal fold (due to being folded out of alignment and refolded), some very light surface wrinkles here and there (mostly around the edges), otherwise very good!
