CONDITION :
Extremely tiny edge tear on the bottom edge, small patch around the center of both the top and bottom borders may have gotten a little damp at some point as the surface is a little wavy and very slightly discoloured, mild fold wear (white stress marks on the fold lines), a little dark print has transferred into the outer border around the edges of the bottom horizontal fold line, Otherwise Excellent!
