CONDITION :

Two small edge tears and mild creasing on the left edge, Tiny edge tear on the bottom edge, two small edge tears on the right edge, Two tiny edge tears on the top edge, several small grey grubby marks and approx. 4 tiny staple holes around the top corners, surface has a few creases and some dark print has transferred onto the crease lines (most noticeable along the fold lines above and below the title), left edge has yellowed slightly, a little grubby around the outer border, some fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines and a tiny tear at the fold intersections along the center horizontal fold line), Otherwise OK
