CONDITION :

Two 1 cm tears on the top edge, three strips of Sellotape also on the top edge (longest is 9 cm), two 3 cm tears along with a couple of smaller tears and mild creasing on the right edge (larger tears are around the center of the edge), a couple of extremely tiny tears and very mild creasing on the left edge, small crease across the bottom left corner, otherwise good.
