3cm x 1cm piece torn from the top left corner, tiny edge tear on the top edge, approx 15 small edge tears on the right edge (none bigger than 1cm), small edge tear on the bottom edge near left corner, mild creasing around the edges, small liquid stain on the top edge near left corner, edges have browned with age, Several small crease marks through the title, Otherwise Very Good and Very Rare!
