CONDITION :

Extremely tiny tear on the bottom edge, 1 cm tear on the right edge, extremely mild creasing around the edges, 3 to 4 pinholes near each corner and the top center, very mild fold wear including a tiny wear hole at the top center fold intersection, a little blu-tac grease/residue near the top corners, light creasing across the bottom corners, duplicate fold lines where it has been folded slightly out of alignment, slight Browning to the back of the center vertical fold line, otherwise very good!
