Extremely mild creasing on the left edge, two additional horizontal fold lines making a total of three, tiny black print spot in the blue background just left of the top line of text , and a couple around the Tom Selleck credit, a little reddish print has transferred onto the left vertical fold line and the left half of the horizontal fold lines, Otherwise Very Good!
