2 cm slither torn from the bottom edge, approximately 15 tiny tears and mild creasing also on the bottom edge (maybe a couple of additional tiny spots of paper loss in this area also), crease across the bottom left corner, a couple of extremely tiny tears on the left edge, tiny crease across the top left corner, mild creasing on the top edge, small crease across the top right corner, a couple of tiny white surface creases near the bottom edge, a couple of light surface creases near the left edge, otherwise okay.
