Small edge tear and mild creasing on the top edge, very mild creasing on the other edges, several white surface crease marks around the top center (around and throughout “PROBLEM CALLS FOR” words in the top line of text), a couple of small white surface creases just above the stairway nearest the right edge and a couple around the bottom center, Otherwise Very Good.
