CONDITION :

Tape residue on the back of the corners and a little on the front of the top right corner which also has a small surface tear where the tape was removed, 3 tiny edge tears on the bottom (left), 1cm edge tear on bottom (right),Extra fold line next to the center and left vertical folds where it was folded slightly out of alignment then re-folded, Extremely minor edge and fold wear, Otherwise Very Good !!!
