CONDITION :

3 cm tear near the top of the left edge (edge piece is hanging by a thread), tiny tear also on the left edge, several dark print marks within the left border, extremely tiny tear and mild creasing on the bottom edge, 4 cm tear across the top right corner, a few dark print marks in the right border, pinhole in the right border (torn slightly), mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), otherwise good. (Would look very good if framed to hide the outer border).
