Seven small edge tears and heavy creasing to the top half of the left edge, three tiny edge tears on the bottom edge, two tiny edge tears and mild creasing on the right edge, slight yellowing around the edges and along the fold lines, duplicate fold lines where it has been folded slightly out of alignment, some dark print has transferred onto some of the fold lines, mild fold wear including a tiny wear hole at the left fold intersection and white stress marks on the fold lines, the back of the bottom left folded segment has numerous light patches of damp spots on it (not noticeable on the front), a few light surface creases, diagonal crease from the top edge down to the center of the right edge (some dark print has transferred onto it), Otherwise Good.
